On 3 May, the Province of East-Flanders, together with the Flanders-China Chamber of Commerce, received the China Environmental Delegation at the House of the Province of East Flanders.

The session was opened by the Vice-Governor of the Province of East-Flanders, Mr Kurt Moens and was followed by presentations by Flanders Cleantech, Mr F. Snijkers and several company presentations. The meeting was closed by Gwenn Sonck, Executive Director, Flanders-China Chamber of Commerce. The meeting was followed by a business matching lunch.

The visit of this delegation took place in the framework of the I²PCC “Opportunities for Flemish Cleantech in China” event which took place on 5 February 2019 in Brussels. At this event, the I²PCC project was officially launched, putting this network at the service of Flemish cleantech companies. I²PCC is a common project of the provinces of Antwerp, Limburg, East-Flanders and Flemish-Brabant, supported by Cleantech Flanders and Flanders Investment & Trade. The European Fund for Regional Development (EFRD) is financially supporting the project.
