The Flanders-China Chamber of Commerce organized a webinar focused on “I. New Era for Foreign Investment – Trends and New Challenges” and “II. Compliance in China: Ongoing Regulatory and Operational Challenges” on 13 May 2020.
Tracy Wut, Vivian Wu and Harold van Kooten from Baker McKenzie FenXun discussed the changing market trends and the latest legislative developments in China, as well as the ongoing regulatory and operational challenges from a compliance perspective. Their presentation was entitled ‘A New Era for Foreign Investment and Compliance in China’.
A Q&A session and final discussion concluded the webinar.
